About Us
I’m Ashlynn! I am from San Diego, CA. I have found a passion for event planning the past few years and have been planning bachelorette parties, birthday parties, gender reveals, etc. I love curating party themes and helping party hosts enhance their parties in any way I can. I am excited to help you plan your next event!
PACKAGES
The ASH
$350 - $400
*Official price will be determined after scope of services is established
- Kick off meeting to review party theme and planning goals
- Event Moodboard: A visual moodboard to establish party theme and vibe
- Vendor Coordination - Coordination of 3 vendor types of your choice.
- Vendor Examples: Venue, Rentals, Catering/Bartender, Photography, Backdrop/Balloons, Desserts, Florist, etc.)
- We will coordinate and discuss design ideas and party theme with the vendors we work with, we will handle the quotes and coordinate costs with the party host, we will communicate drop off/set up time with the vendor if needed
- Basic Decor Procurement: Sourcing decor for the event within the hosts budget. (This does not include purchasing. We will send a detailed list of items to the host to purchase themselves for the event)

*Price does not include day of set up / help
The BASH
$550 - $600
*Official price will be determined after scope of services is established

- Event Moodboard: A visual moodboard to establish party theme and vibe
- Vendor Coordination: Coordination of 4 vendor types of your choice.
- Vendor Examples: Venue, Rentals, Catering/Bartender, Photography, Backdrop/Balloons, Desserts, Florist, etc.)
- We will coordinate and discuss design ideas and party theme with the vendors we work with, we will handle the quotes and coordinate costs with the party host, we will communicate drop off/set up time with the vendor if needed.
- Decor Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing decor for the event within the hosts budget. Once all items have arrived, we will coordinate a time before the event to get the items to the host.

The Ultimate ASHBASH
$850 - $1000

- Event Moodboard: A visual moodboard to establish party theme and vibe
- Vendor Coordination: Coordination of 5 vendor types of your choice.
- Vendor Examples: Venue, Rentals, Catering/Bartender, Photography, Backdrop/Balloons, Desserts, Florist, etc.)
- Decor Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing decor for the event within the hosts budget. Once all items have arrived, we will coordinate a time before the event to get the items to the host or will bring the day of the event.
- Digital and Print Party Graphics: Depending on what and many is needed, this can include: Digital Invite, Welcome Sign, Party Signs, Thank You’s, Games, etc.
- Day of set up / help
*Price does not include the price of product or vendor service
ADD ONS
- Day of Set Up: $200
- Includes 2 hours of day of coordination and set up help
*In San Diego County Only. If the location is outside San Diego County we will discuss location and price adjustments as needed.
*If any rental items need to be returned to us, we will coordinate pick-up as needed.
- Digital and Print Party Graphics: $175
- Depending on what and how many is needed, this can include: Digital Invite, Welcome Sign, Party Signs, Thank You’s, Games, etc.
- Digital Party Graphics: $50
- Just need a digital invite created to distribute? We can help come up with a design to fit your theme and details in any format.
- Party Favors: $50
- These can be goodie bags or thank you favors. We put together and help come up with fun thank you’s for your guests to take home at the end of your party!
*Price does not include the price of the product.
- Bachelorette Party Add Ons: $250
- This includes:
- help with travel plans
- restaurant/event reservations
- Digital detailed itinerary for you and your guests
- This includes:
*Price does not include the price of bookings, only assistance in travel planning help/suggestions and setting up reservations.
*If a credit card is required to hold reservations, we will contact you and coordinate as needed.
